Can i change my delivery address once i place an order?

Please ensure you put a correct delivery address when placing your order, as shipping labels are being printed within 24 hours. If you made a mistake and need to amend your delivery address, please email contact@drheel.eu with your tracking number and new address. Please note we cannot quarantee that the change will be made.

How do i use my voucher or gift card?

Can i cancel my order after purchasing?

We cannot quarantee that we will be able to do this, but we will try our best to check the status of your order and liaise with the warehouse team.

If you placed your order within 24 hours and you would like to cancel it, please contact us by emailing at contact@drheel.eu

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours, you’ll receive a full refund.

However, if more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This is because we process and ship most orders within 24 hours. (Refunds will be issued within 72 hours).

How do i return or exchange an item?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days, starting from the moment your package is delivered to your address.

We gladly accept returns of undamaged items within 60 days, ensuring your satisfaction and meeting your expectations.
